At Auretier, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a clear and fair return process. EU customers have the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, we are here to help.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid on your original order.
